How information moves

From upload to Saved Summonses

01

What the officer provides

A summons image, applicable stop-specific fields in Advanced Court Details, and the officer’s own observations or notes. Account and overtime information are collected only when those features are used.

02

What happens after Generate

When Generate Testimony is pressed, NinetySix extracts the summons information and combines it with the stop details entered by the officer to create an editable testimony draft.

03

What is saved

The generated draft and its related summons details, stop-detail fields, observations, and notes are saved to that officer’s Saved Summonses dashboard. Overtime records are saved only when the overtime feature is used.

04

What happens to the image

Uploaded summons images are used for processing and are not retained after processing. The saved record contains the information needed for the officer’s draft and dashboard workflow.

Platform safeguards

Protection without vague promises

Encrypted connection

NinetySix uses HTTPS to protect information while it travels between the officer’s device and the platform.

Private account access

Saved summonses, testimony drafts, and overtime records are available only through an authenticated account.

Officer-controlled content

Officers choose which stop details in Advanced Court Details apply and provide their own observations and notes.

Review before use

Every generated draft is editable and must be reviewed and verified by the officer before court or official use.

Officer responsibility

Review every draft

NinetySix supports preparation; it does not replace officer recollection, judgment, department policy, legal requirements, or court rules.

Agency requirements

Confirm local policy

Agency, jurisdiction, and CJIS-related requirements vary. Officers and agencies should evaluate the platform under their own authorized security, legal, and records policies.

Independent platform

Not an agency system

NinetySix is not affiliated with a police department or government agency and should not be treated as an official records, evidence, or case-management system.
